The city also is sometimes called Die Daimlerstadt (The Daimler City in English), as it is the town in which Gottlieb Daimler was born.

Dmytro, I want to thank you for following me. Otherwise I would have missed out on all your absolutely beautiful photography. I lived in Germany from January 1963 until July 1966. My grandparents on my fathers side are from Germany originally and came to the United States sometime in the 1920s. I just recently uploaded mini new images of Arizona.
